By using HeroKids, you agree to these Terms. The app is operated by M12 Solutions Inc.
HeroKids is for adults (legal parents/guardians or licensed daycare staff). You must be at least 18 to create a parent or admin account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You own the content you upload (photos, messages, audio). By uploading, you authorize HeroKids to store and display this content to authorized recipients (family or daycare staff).
Forbidden: illegal content, abusive content, content that violates third-party privacy or exposes children inappropriately.
The daycare must obtain written parental consent before registering child data. M12 Solutions Inc is not responsible for data registered without consent.
Daycare paid plans are processed externally (Stripe). Refund policy on the website. Parents use the app for free upon daycare invitation.
The app is provided "as is". Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Always verify medication times or critical info with your daycare directly.
You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Apagar conta. We may close accounts that violate these Terms.
